Email Services

Chroma offers email services for any size business. Through our partnership with AppRiver/OpenText, we can provide full service Microsoft 365 licensing and support – including monthly or annual Microsoft Office products along with Threat Protection, Secured Email Messaging, backups, 50 GB of space per user, and more.

For a less expensive option, we also host our own SmarterMail server through a dedicated data center. Smartermail works well on computers and phones. It’s backed up daily, and runs antivirus protection and spam filtering. It’s ideal for smaller businesses that don’t need all the bells and whistles of a Microsoft 365 subscription.

MINIMUM

• EACH SUBSCRIPTION PLAN is $14.50/month MINIMUM ANNUAL

MIGRATION

If you have existing email that needs to be migrated into the new service, that will require an estimate on the work involved for your specific circumstance.

MISCELLANEOUS

Advanced Threat Protection $2.50/user/month Must be applied to all mailboxes.

Email Message Privacy (deliveryslip) is $7.50/user/month and does not need to be
applied to all mailboxes.

Cloud-to-Cloud Backup $3.50/user/month IF YOU APPLY it to all users in O365. Pricing is different if you select users.

Chroma is a reseller for Microsoft products. This can include email, office products, Exchange, Skype, and other Microsoft add ons. If price is not listed above please consult the AppRiver reseller portal for pricing.
