Complete the form to the left for each user you would like to start with at your domain. Users can be added at anytime by CME or by an admin on the account. The first two lines are filled in as examples for you.
- Username - This is the beginning of the email address (before the @). It could be first name, or first initial last name or initials – whatever you decide as a company. It’s best to keep the same pattern through the company.
- Full Email – This is the firstname.lastname@example.org
- First Name, Last Name
- Version – Select the version for each user. Full Version is $14.50/month/user + tax. The online version is $7.50/month/user + tax.
- Admin – Mark YES for any users that you would like to have Admin capabilities. The most common function of an admin is the ability to add/remove users. An admin should be someone familiar with email and generally very comfortable with software and technologies. CME will always be available for support at $65/hour. (So you do not need to have an assigned admin, we can fulfill that function for you.)
- Passwords – OPTIONAL. You can preset the passwords that follow these rules. Alternatively, we can force users to do the “Forgot Password” process to create their own passwords when they start. (These can be changed at any time by the administrator or by the user.)
- 8 or more characters
- At least one upper case and one lower case
- At least one number
- At least one special character like @#$%*(
